New Facility

Three Muslim communities practicing under the Ja’afri Fiqh joined together in 2004 to form The Unity Center, united in their mission of serving the Muslim community and humanity at large in NE Ohio. We continue to grow and have for the last 7 years been searching for land to build a new center ground-up. We are fortunate that we came upon a beautiful church for sale on prime piece of real estate that we intend to renovate to serve our needs. The property was appraised at $1.4 million in 2016. We have negotiated and secured purchase price of $800k. With renovations estimated at $200k our goal is to raise $1 million in 30 days. We are in the process of obtaining permission from various Marjaa to utilize Khums money for our cause. All donations are tax exempt, US Tax Exempt ID: 34-1736039.

Property Costs: 800,000 USD

Renovations: 200,000 USD

Renovations include:
1. Roof repairs
2. Parking lot resurfacing
3. Paint and carpet of meeting and prayer halls
4. Sunday School classrooms
5. Bathrooms

Total Cost: 1,000,000 USD

We cannot do it alone. We need your help. We have 30 days to raise the money to satisfy the Purchase Agreement for a cash sale. We are hoping to raise the money based on tax-exempt contributions by you.
